Refund & Returns Policy

At House of India, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

For Purchased Items

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.
• Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To switch sizes or styles, please return your original item and place a new order.

For Rental Items (if applicable)

• Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before dispatch for a full refund.
• Returns must be made using the prepaid label provided, and garments must be unworn and in original condition.
• Damaged or late returns may incur additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, custom orders, or garments that show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned or refunded.
